Here is the list of Wednesday evening classes for the last half of 2025. I have not tryed to make a series for these classes as it was not working and making a headache for everyone! So below is a list of all the available dates which you can book individually.

All are welcome to attend these classes, but please be aware that the material taught will not necessarily be appropriate if you are a beginnning student of Nei Gong. There are foundations that need to be laid down for the art to unfold efficiently, which these classes are not designed for.

So if you are less than a few years into the art, come along to these classes to support your practice, get a flavour of the teaching, and feel connected to a community, and have a go at the material offered. I would advise if you are serious about deepening the training, getting to a foundation event, or another in person event by one of the teachers in the school. Sometimes the material covered in these classes are aimed at the people with me in the room, and those of you who come online whom have practiced for many years and need a particular type of input.

This zoom online class is for the intensive participants, usually after an in-person meeting to consolidate and develop your training. You only need to register for this class once and the link will work for all the following meet ups.
